1. Responsible for drafting and analyzing development plans, particularly in the Jengka region.

2. Possesses expertise in the property development and construction sector.

3. Among the real estate activities carried out around the Jengka Region:

• Tun Abdul Razak Jengka Stadium

• Construction of 68 units of Plaza/Office spaces

• Construction of 69 units of housing at Rantau Perintis Tambahan

• Construction of 69 units of housing at Taman Jengka Perdana

• Construction of 875 units of housing at Taman Permatang Shahbandar II

• Construction of 99 units of shops at Lurah Indah

Akademi Memandu Warisan Jengka Sentral Sdn Bhd

• Has been fully operational since 2009, with approval from the Road Transport Department (JPJ) starting in 2004.

• Conducting basic and advanced courses covering both theory and practical training for prospective drivers and owners of public and commercial vehicle licenses.

Sri Jengka Sdn Bhd

• 99% of the shareholding is owned by Warisan Jengka Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd, with the remaining shares held by Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA).

• It offers public transportation services, including scheduled buses and chartered services throughout Peninsular Malaysia.

• In addition, it also engages in oil palm plantation activities.

Warisan Jengka Mercu Sdn Bhd

• Started operations under the name Mercu View Resort in September 1998.

• It owns a beachfront resort in Sg Ular, Kuantan, known as Mercu Beach Resort, featuring 50 guest rooms, a cafeteria, a swimming pool, a seminar room, and catering services.

• It offers accommodation services, a restaurant, catering, seminar packages, and wedding packages.

• The resort has 30 rooms, including 18 hotel rooms. The rooms are equipped with suites and standard rooms, complete with air conditioning and television.
