The Cabinet has decided to dissolve 5 Regional Development Authorities (LKW).

After a review by the Implementation Coordination Unit (ICU), Prime Minister's Department (JPM), only 3 Regional Development Authorities (LKW) will be dissolved, including the Jengka Regional Development Authority (LKWJ).

The Act for the Dissolution of LKWJ has been presented and approved by Parliament.

The Signing Ceremony of the Tripartite Partnership Agreement between Wawasan Jengka (M) Sdn. Bhd., Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan Pahang, and Keska Corporation Sdn. Bhd. to establish Warisan Jengka Holdings (M) Sdn. Bhd. (WJHSB).

The Privatisation Committee of the Prime Minister's Department (JPM) has approved the privatisation of LKWJ through a management buyout (MBO), represented by Wawasan Jengka (M) Sdn. Bhd.

The Gazette notification of the dissolution of LKWJ.

The Privatisation Agreement for LKWJ was signed between the Federal Government, represented by the Ministry of Rural Development (KPLB), LKWJ, and WJHSB.

WJHSB officially begins operations.
